Guiding and advising you through any difficult employee
relations issues the Advice Line team will:-

 Each call is logged to ensure each case can be tracked;
 Email advice backing up telephone enquiries can be provided;
 Correspondence required on each case is provided.

7. EDI (Tribunal) Insurance
 Where advice is sought and followed, any subsequent Tribunal
claims which arise will be picked up by the indemnity
insurance;
 Any Tribunal Case will be managed and represented by a
specialist in employment law, overseen by our in-house
Barrister;
 All costs of representation covered with awards covered up to
£1m per annum in aggregate.

The Empire Head of Litigation is Craig Bennison who has
extensive experience in representing businesses at
employment tribunals;
