1. Damage Control, Inc. is a family owned Milwaukee company started over 16 years ago by Phil Isenhour, his
wife, Ellen, and daughter, Eva. It is a full service restoration/reconstruction company specializing in repairs
caused by fire, water, and wind. With a full complement of Damage Control employees and 120 pre-
qualified subcontractors, the company has developed an outstanding reputation with insurance companies
and agents throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest. Immediate response, prompt repairs, and mitigation of
the loss have enabled the company to receive numerous awards from trade organizations, and outstanding
ratings from customers, including most of the better known insurers in the Midwest. Damage Control has
received the highest rating available from the Better Business Bureau, as well as many other honors. Projects
ranging from a few hundred to multi-million dollars receive the same “owner operator” attention.
As Damage Control grew in sales and customer base, the need became apparent for an insurance agent that
not only understood the needs of a commercial client, but had the staff and resources to meet all the
