Problem Statement
- Tough competition
- Overwhelmed by things that they don’t learn from the school
- Being treated as unimportant in a company/corporation
- Having a tough time adjusting to older(age) people at work than people
who have small age gap with them.
- Their voices and ideas are tolerated.
- Neglect or don’t pay attention to companies core value just focusing on their
technical skills
- Follow orders even when they don’t have any idea on what the order is all
about
- Laid back and just wait for task from the supervisors
- Adjustment to Time
- Simply say yes to everything
- Low quality of work because of rushing and other non-work related stuff
- They’re good when they liked people around them, but bad when they don’t
like people they’re working with
- They create or form a smaller group within the company or corporation,
mostly with the same standing as they are
- Following orders will lead them to stay longer at the company.
- Having a good record will make a good impact on their CV.
- What they’re doing on the company is small and unimportant or just
temporary and won’t be implemented.
- A bit trapped on what’s going on
- Feeling lost
- A mix of bitterness
- Inadequate to their chosen field
Person + Need + Insight
People in the state of school-to-work needs to be aware they will become an important part of the
community in the future.
They believe that what they’re doing is not important because of their standing in life.
