Design Thinking Action Lab 2013
- His profession is new, so it has ample workforce,
for that comes from a legal requirement.
- Companies in which this profession is valued
monetarily and the role is respected, are fields that go against the
respondent's environmental ethics and values and the work
environment is stressful and the people are a bad influence.
Needs human contact and a familial relationship with workmates.
- Wants his work to be transcendental.
- Want to work close to home, not to leave the home environment.
- His home environment is not pressuring him to become
independent.
- I wanted to study another career, but felt more free
with the current career.
- Engineers, desperate for work, accept the work under
the "preventers" which is detrimental to the moral and
economic assessment of this new career.
- Prefers the office area, and you do not want to deal with
people's temperament related to the work environment.
- I'd rather study biology and be in nature, but it feels good
knowing you can take larger decisions in the current career
and how he likes going to do it in a serious and committed way.
- Join an ecological NGO voluntarily, which is located in
an area of the country outside the capital where
they could access more financial support and logistics.
- He is involved in extracurricular activities that approach him and
are consistent with his principles and ecological values (which
are also for moral) and seriously compromises.
- he Finds ways to incorporate his knowledge to any kind of work
in which he must perform.
- He Thinks could not achieve big goals, studying the career
he really wanted.
- He Feels himself as a agent of change, so he puts his
academic/professional knowledge in the service of his values.
- his ecological principles guide him in making decisions.
- his guide teacher is not taking time to check his thesis in time.
He feels alone and he would like to change teacher
Teachers and employers fail to see the commitment of
some students or new graduates and do not respect their
efforts and / or capabilities.
Students and recent graduates do not have a broad view
of job opportunities in which many times, you can create
your own dream job if you take a different path.
No encouragement of parents that their children
are independent
The perspective graduate
know and connect with experiences
of people who have taken another
path to achieve their goals
that way he can have another view about what
he has been taught and has access to follow
the path that really satisfies him.
