Incorporated in 2008, EMINENT ENGINEERS was
founded by Mr. D. Vasu Sai Ram, a Mechanical
Engineer, had more than 25 year of experience in
Engineering industry had 20 years of experience in
Fabrication sector deeply involved right from
Engineering to onsite installation, had the vision to
give it a new lease of life, and turn it into one of south
India’s leading Steel Fabrication company within 3
years.
Initially we are into the Vendors for PEB structure
fabrication, assembling, site installations for our
leading clients' in south India & part of Maharashtra
state. Under Mr. D. Vasu sai ram with his excellent
and innovative leadership, EMINENT ENGINEERS is
now competing to take the “CHANCE” for the
Challenging assignment from the Leading clients in
India into a ”LEADER” in the fabrication industry by
providing qualitative services to its clients.
Presently, we have the in –house Fabrication &
Machine shop in HYDERABAD spreading over 2
acres with 2 workshops, having a monthly production
capacity of over 200 tons with a permanent workforce
of over 50 employees. Major expansions are
underway with plans to have automated machinery
installed for streamlined production. The production
capacity is estimated to ramp up to 500+ tons per
month shortly.

3. FABRICATION
EMINENT ENGINEERS own in-house Fabrication &
Machine shop facility. The facility consists of two bays
100m long. The first bay is 20m wide and contains
three 5t gantry cranes with 6m hook height, while the
second bay is 20m wide and contains two 2t and one
5t gantry cranes with 6.6m hook height.
Our workshop is based on 2 acres of land.
We have a policy of ensuring that all of our welders
are certified and their qualifications are renewed on a
regular basis as per the Indian standards. All welding
procedures and welder qualifications are readily
available and can be submitted upon request.
Our dedicated team of QA personnel is responsible
for ensuring that every piece of fabricated steel
adheres to our "minimal mistakes policy". Each piece
of steel is checked and signed off prior to welding and
prior to dispatch. Based on this approach EMINENT
ENGINEERS has built up a reputation for producing a
quality product on time and within budget.
