 Emily Post was born in 1872. With her publication
of “Etiquette: In Society, In Business, In Politics
and At Home” in 1922, she gained a reputation as
the top authority on social conduct

etiquette have changed over the past century.
 The 18th and most recent print edition was
published in 2011 and is authored by Emily Post’s
great-great grandchildren: Peggy Post, Anna
