Peru has experienced strong economic growth and political stability since the 1980s. GDP growth has exceeded regional peers while inflation and unemployment have fallen. FDI inflows have also increased substantially due to improved investment regulations. Overall Peru offers high investment potential, especially in tourism, mining and manufacturing, if investors consider the country's social complexities.
