7. QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE
EME was officially granted ISO 9001:2000 Certificate by the Vietnam Certification
Center (QUACERT) in August, 2003 and converted to ISO 9001:2008 in 2010.
Product quality objectives are controlled by:
-
Quality management procedure;
Technological review with improvements in manufacturing methods;
Staff training and awareness of upgrading precision engineering;
Strict control and monitoring during fabrication;
Production classed ex-works only following complete trial assembly and
inspection by Quality Assurance & Testing Center 3 (QUATEST 3).
All the products of the EME are in accordance with the quality management
system: ISO 9001 – 2008.
