To email members of your NHS network, log into www.networks.nhs.uk, select your network from the menu, then use the network admin tools to compose an email template without attachments or hyperlinks to send to members.

• Go to www.networks.nhs.uk
• Log in
• Click on Your menu, click on Your networks
• Click on the name of your network

3. • Go to the Toolbox and select Network admin tools
• Select Email network members
• You receive an email template to fill in
• Select Send

4. Limitations
• You cannot upload attachments to the email
template
• You cannot include live hyperlinks in the email but
you can spell a link in full (or paste it in)
• The email template is only for text
