2. When content is added to a network it is saved as draft.
This means only network administrators can see it.
To make sure your members can see it, you can either
choose to make it visible to all or visible to network
members only.
Once content has been set to visible for members, your
members will receive an email notification.
3. To start
• Go to www.networks.nhs.uk
• Log in
• Click on Your menu, click on Your networks
• Click on the name of your network
4. • Select the item that you would like to set visible
• Click on to it so the pop-up box appears
• Select View to use with toolbox
5. • Go to the Toolbox
• Select Viewing control
• Select Hide/show page or section
• Select your preferred option
• The item will now be visible to members (or all)
