Elon Musk is a South African-born American entrepreneur and industrial designer. He is the founder, CEO and Chief Engineer at SpaceX, founder of Tesla, and co-founder of Neuralink and The Boring Company. Musk was born in South Africa in 1971 and moved to Canada at age 18. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in physics and economics. He co-founded Zip2 and later made millions from its sale to Compaq. He then co-founded X.com which merged with Confinity to form PayPal, which was later acquired by eBay for $1.5 billion.
