Elon Musk was born in 1971 in Pretoria, South Africa.
At age 4 he read out the whole Britannica Encyclopedia.
At the age of 9 he got his hands on his first computer, the Commodore
VIC- 20 and completed “how to program” guide in just three days.
At 12, he used his skills to create a video game called Blastar and sold to a
magazine called PC and Office Technology for approximately US$500.
At age 18 he migrated to Canada and secure Canadian Citizenship through
his Canadian born mother.
 Graduated from University of Pennsylvania (US) in Bachelor of
Science in Physics at age 24.
 Enrolled for PhD. in Stanford University but
left after attending for 2 days to pursue his
entrepreneurial aspirations in the areas of the
Internet, renewable energy and outer space.
1999- Musk co-founded X.com. An online financial services and e
mail payment company
2000- Merged with Confinity, which had a money transfer
service called paypal
2001- The merged company focused on Paypal services
and was renamed to Paypal
