Implementation Meeting is held for  Andrew, Mr.Song, Jack and Ellen to talk about the issue Inform everyone in the JV   about defined position of Ellen and Jack Ellen and Jack coordinate to coach the consultants 180 degree evaluation of the Joint venture performance in collaboration of Ellen and Jack

  1. Now, I will talk about the problems in term of different aspects and explain why such problems arise Lets start with the business structure aspect……….the American and the Koreans, for instance, to serve the client, the Americans will focus on managing client expectations in which include frequent communication with the client on the other hand the Koreans refuse to interview the customer as they think it would disturb them hence……. Second is the management aspect which we want to highlight that this is the most crucial problem and should be first area to be reconsidered. The power…… Next is the cultural perspective….. The most significant problem and needed immediate solvency we see from the case is the management. Though Jack and Ellen share equal power of authority yet there is no well-defined agreement on who is taking care of which. As a result, the subor

Just to wrap everything up once again, the most crucial issue that need immediate correction is to define the power of authority of that of Jack and Ellen then follow by looking at the mentioned problems as so to have the project finished properly and on time
