Although I personally love the smell of a new book, I agree that there must be a better way to publish these books. Perhaps electronic text is that way.

books were distributed on the web, paper would not be wasted, and publishers would not be taking a risk because the copies not sold would never

Looking back 15 years ago to the electronic and digital technology we had then compared to what we have now is incredible to see first hand.
Society knew this new technology would come but never thought it would be here this immediate to where everyone and their grandmother's posse
some form of it. It is deranged that a great deal of individuals hate this new age where technology is ubiquitous and taking over. Most of them that
are not fond of electronic or digital technology always tend to discourage it by saying that it causes "lack of social skills", it is a "constant distraction"
and sometimes that it has potential to become an "addiction". Personally, I believe it is a good thing that we have all this new digital/electronic

Also another illustration of how electronic technology has given the capable to better everyday life would be for the average user who drives a
vehicle, they are now in a position to use their smart phones to find the cheapest gas around them. This allows consumers to get the most out of the
hard earned money they spend throughout the day on gas. In short this electronic/digital technology grants us the opportunity to better our lives so we
can focus on what is necessary throughout the day without wasting time. For the most part this is just one example out of the millions of others.
Furthermore, electronic/digital technology has enabled us to expand our knowledge in the fields we stress most about. When I use my iPhone, most of
the time I am gaining wisdom. Either pertaining to school or my personal preference, either way I am learning. Having this type of technology has
authorized me to go further in–depth with subjects I find most interesting. I have always wanted to learn coding and learn Spanish but never was able
too the way I would like too. However with this technology I was about to begin gaining knowledge in both subjects with so many different outlets
offer to understand the information. The best part would be how in–depth the lessons go, allowing me and whoever use this electronic/digitally to learn

Just another hour, please! This is what most parents hear from their children/adolescent every time it is time to stop using an electronic device.
Children and adolescents today spend "1 to 3 hours per day during the week and between 1 to 4 hours per day on the weekends" (Kappos, A.D. pg.
556) on computer games, viewing videos, watching television and internet surfing to name a few. The use of electronic devices has changed the life of
children/adolescent and have exposed them to a volatile and irreparable outcome, in their social interaction with peers and family, self–perception,
behavior and sleep pattern.
It is now a standard in today's school and at home to have access to a computer to complete homework assignment and projects. The additional stress
to perform has risen and has caused unwanted stress and anxiety in school age children. Due to the ease of accessibility of cellular phones and tablets
today, it has become harder to monitor what your child/adolescent. "Only about three in ten young people say they have rules about how much time
they can spend watching TV (28%) or playing video games (30%) and 36% say the same about using the computer. When parents do set limits, children
spend less time with media: those with any media rules consume nearly 3 hours less media per day, than those with rules"
(Kaiserfamilyfoundation.wordpress.com. 2010). Media present in the bedroom effects on sleep in children/adolescents consequences can be both
physical and mental.
