Red Revolution – Beginning of Pain‐free

Even after 66 years of INdependence , women are not able to move freely in their own
country , it seems as if the 1st 2 letters i.e “ IN “ in INdia has been specially made  for
women reflecting their INability to move outside  freely & are forced to remain INside
their homes

Some critical problem that Indian
women are facing
National Crime Records Bureau reveal that a crime against
a woman is committed every three minutes, a woman is
raped every 29 minutes, a dowry death occurs every 77
minutes, and one case of cruelty committed by either the
husband or relative of the victim occurs every nine
minutes. This all occurs despite the fact that women
in India are legally protected from domestic abuse under
the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act

Driving to the root that why these things are
happening
1. Lack of moral values in the entire race to respect the
gender that has given them birth.
2. In women, lack of self confidence to protest themselves
against these wrongs.
3. Existence of dowry system in India in spite of so many
laws made against it thus creating a feeling of thinking
girls as a burden in the minds of poor people resulting in
the murder of female foeticides.
Importance of this project:
In India,  several laws are there to protect women.
Several organization are working for empowerment
Of  WOMEN.
But also every One out of Two women is suffering.
The problem which has spread in our  country is
like cancer
Let’s  solve………………………………..

In the first Phase, We will target the entire country in a very easy way.  We’ll make an ad campaign like “ Pulse
Polio”, which was a huge successful program and removed polio from entire country.  So a new campaign named
as “ EMPOWERING INDIAN WOMEN “, will be made .
After the three months campaigning of “EMPOWERING INDIAN WOMEN “, our next  target will be to completely
remove “Prostitution” from the country, this  will take place under  the name of “ SRENGTHING INDIAN WOMEN”
In the next phase, we will be starting with an idea to mould the new  generation in a much purer form. For this, In the next phase, we will be starting with an idea to mould the new  generation in a much purer form. For this,
we’ll introduce a new subject  called “RESPECT EDUCATION”, as like Environmental Studies was introduced  in
the syllabus, which made the younger generation really to think for the  environment.
This phase will be called as “MOULDING INDIA”.
Secondly, we will be promoting the girl education to strengthen India, and to empower women and to give
security to women.
During the starting of “STRENTHING INDIAN WOMEN” ,  another phase of Red Revolution will start up, named as
“ SHAKTI  SAHAY”‐: this will be a special  branch of police, that will  “Run  for The Women and Run by The
Women ”. This department will only deal with the problem of women, as like Rape,  Domestic Violence, Dowry
Cases, etc. So it’ll reduce the load of Police.

BENIFIT OVER THE EXISTING SYSTEM
The points which make this RED REVOLUTION differ from other steps that are till now taken by the Government
and The Society are:
• Till now there is no mass ad campaign (like the pulse polio) for this critical issue.
• There is no official police department working specially for women, like if a women does a crime, then she get
arrested by a women constable, but in police station, she has to face a male police officer,  an untold but bitter
truth.
• Some organizations are working for the removal of prostitution, but there is currently no proper plan existing
to give them a dignified position in the society.
• There is a subject like Moral Science in our school, but its only for teaching “ God Helps those who helps
themselves” . Nothing is there for a  child to teach him, that “ Respect the gender that gave you birth”

PHASE IPHASE I
In the phase “EMPOWERING INDIAN WOMEN ”, we’ll be making an ad film which will be starred by a
popular celebrity, whom the whole India love and rejoice , because  only then all people from Rich to Poor,
Child to Old will see this.
This ad will be shown on Television, in the beginning of all Movies as like the Cancer promo, during the breaks
of Cricket matches, so as to target the maximum audience.
In this ad campaign we’ll be making a pamphlet, which will be encouraging people to come against this
problem and there will be some moral teaching to respect others. Yes,  it’s true that this may not affect mass
audience at a time, but if 1 out of 1000 will understand this, then, in the other step we’ll automatically get our
other ambassador, who’ll be promoting this to some another without any cost and instruction.
Use of existing Government Infrastructure:‐
As earlier ads like “Pulse Polio” ,” Malnutrition” has already taken place in our country, so we’ll be able to get
an ambassador for this without any problem. So the only thing to do is to write a new theme and shoot another
short film.
In the beginning of movies ads about Cancer is going on, so we can put another 30 seconds promo to target a
greater crowd.
For the Pamphlet distribution, we’ll use the persons who visit home to home during the “Pulse Polio”
campaign, who will be available without any extra cost.
We will print the ads on all notebook back cover, made in India.
For the pamphlet making we will use the recycled paper, as it will not disturb the environment and will promote
a Green Environment.
Financial and Human resource required:
As the ads like “Pulse Polio” is already going on, so it’ll not cost a huge for another ad.
As this is an disease of which whole India wants to be cured, so all movie Producers will agree with an addition
of a 30 second ad, without any cost for the sake of society.
As the Cricket matches, takes place under Government only so it’ll not cost and will not take a lot human
resource also.
In the Pamphlet distribution, a pamphlet of 3‐4 pages just cost Rs.1 which will be distributed by the existing
system only. So only a little Financial and no extra human source is requires.

PHASE IIPHASE II
“India” is a country with purity, so we again need this purity for complete development of India.
This is a truth, that almost no female want to be called a “Prostitute”, but for the three basic needs i.e. Food,
Cloth and Shelter, they do this.
So we can’t solve this problem by simply making any law. We’ll have to make a system that will provide them
with these basic needs.
So in this phase,
Firstly, the government will put these women in work like Craftwork, Tailoring, Designing, and Food Stalls.
Secondly, they will need a market that’ll be run by Government only, because the private broker will not give
them the major profit part.
In this case, suppose if manufacturing of any product cost Rs.30, then we’ll sale the product in Rs. 40. So in
this Rs.10 profit they will be given 70% of the profit and the other 30% will be kept by the Government to
keep the entire system run smoothly, without the need of any government fund.
As these women will get the major profit part. So this will attract more and more women in this chain.
USE OF GOVERNMENT INFRASTRUCTURE:
As in the majority of City of India, branched of “ Khadi Bhandar” are there
So we don’t need any extra chain of shops for them, they can be sold in those Chain only.
FINANCIAL AND HUMAN SOURCE:
Initially it will require around a volunteer of 100 person in each city, who will pick them, teach them, and help
them in settling up.
So it will be needing up an initial funding from the Government for starting up this chain, while no fund is
needed later on. As the government will also take the selling profit.

PHASE IIIPHASE III
USE OF EXISTING GOVERNMENT INFRASTRUCTURE:
As there are many corruption fighting departments, so we will not have to make a complete new
Design of Starting and Recruiting the new Security officers. Officers can be easily appointed from the
existing department also.
Beside this, many women can be employed and trained and made combat ready to join the force. In
this way, employment in the villages will also increase. Indirectly it’ll also promote the “Women
Employment”.
Major Problem in the existing Security system of The Government :
1. As in India, Police is exiting for civilian security, but they have a lot of task to do.
2. From the security of VIP’s to the security of Temples and Statues.
3. As in India, number of Police men are less as compared to Population. So who’ll be protecting the
women ?
4. Secondly Indian women feel uncomfortable to share any problem with an unknown man.
So we need a completely new department named as “SHAKTI SAHAY”, which will run parallel with
Police and will have all the power of police.
This Department will “ Run For The Women & Run By The Women “.
This department will be assigned with the duty to provide security to women from Domestic violence
to Rapes.
They will be given a special Toll Free number, so that they can be reached from anywhere, without
any cost.
As this department will have to deal with the problem of women only and as it will be “FOR WOMEN
AND BY WOMEN”. So women will feel comfortable to call them and they will be available easily for
any problem of a general woman.

In this phase our target will be the new generation that is currently in schools, who are now getting
ready to be the doers of the society soon. This generation is in its innocent stage and don’t need any
law or department to be threatened. They are in the stage where they can be moulded easily to any
form. So we will introduce a very easy to score (as it will attract them for getting good grades in
exam), and interesting compulsory subject called “RESPECT EDUCATION”. In our current education
system, there are some subjects like Moral Science, but it is unable to teach them the ethical value of
respecting people, specially women.
So in this subject we will be introducing the ethics in a much simpler and attractive way to mould our
future to a better and bright side.
This subject will also include something special(and compulsory) for girls – martial art and first
actions for self help
“AS THE MAIN PROBLEM IN OUR CURRENT SOCIETY IS THAT, THE FEMALES DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH
COURAGE TO SPEAK OUT WHEN HARRASSED. SO THIS SUBJECT WILL TEACH THEM TO GAIN THEIR
SELF CONFIDENCE, SO THAT THEY CAN BE ABLE TO PROTEST AND GET HELP IN THE RIGHT TIME,
WHICH WILL SURELY HELP THIS PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED ON A LARGE SCALE.

USING THE EXISTING GOVERNMENT INFRASTRUCTURE:
As in the past subject like Environmental Studies has already been introduced in our educational
system, which has really reduced the environmental problem to some extent. So by the path from the
past, we can easily introduce a new subject “RESPECT EDUCATION”.

In the second part we will be hitting the most important part that is pulling Indian Female in a
complete backward direction. This is the Female Education in India, which is currently about 65.46%.
Without their educational growth it will be very hard to Empower and Secure them. As like, a
building whose base is not strong will not be able to stand from any outer support.
The major reason behind this problem:
In India Rural Population is about 68.84%. In villages till now Parents are not interested to send the
Girl child to schools, they think that girls are for Domestic work, why they need education. At last
they have to go to some other family. So why should I worry.
The main problem arises here, and we cannot solve this problem by teaching them to send their girl
child to school for their empowering, because they will not understand this.
These people try to find out profit in each of their life step. So we’ll have to attract them to do so,
which will lead to Women Empowerment and indirectly it will also help that family.
How it will be achieved:
1. If the government will give the girl child Cycles for coming to school, dresses, books, food, then
the parent will think that why not to send the girl to school if they will get this.
2. If they will be provide with some money on getting good Grades in Exams, then that will surely
help to promote girl education in villages, as it’ll help girls for their self expenditure.
Source of Funding
In India, the major security issue of women arises when the men are drunk.
If we put an extra tax of Rs. 2 on each bottle of liquor, then we will be able to make Millions of
rupees a day, which will be funded for this phase.

As in all the phases described above, we will target all the population of India slowly. Since this problem has
spread like cancer in our society, it can’t be removed by just a single operation or a medicine. It’ll need a thorough
and a long term treatment.
In phase I :
We’ll make aware the people of India about what is the real thing that is happening.
They should be made to know that this issue cannot be neglected, they will be put to know that how these
problems can be solved.
In Phase II:
We’ll remove the dark side of India to make India much pure. Almost 90 % women in this field are brought up
forcefully and they can’t go back due to threatening and no other source for livelihood.
So in this phase we will help them to come out from this field and get a dignified position society, so that they can
also be able to live happily, which will lead our society to a new and better environment.
In phase III:
In this phase, the presence of the “SHAKTI SAHAY”, will encourage women to seek for help the moment they sense
trouble, instead of hiding their being tortured. They can call up any woman in the “SHAKTI SAHAY”, and speak out
without any fear of embarrassment.
With the starting of this department women employment will also be promoted and the excess workload of
POLICE will also be reduced to a large extent.
In Phase IV:
1. With the introduction of this new and compulsory subject, the new generation will be able to know to respect
the gender that given them birth.
And at the same time girls will also be able to increase their inner confidence.
If they will be able to gain their self confidence then 50% of the problem will be removed in the coming future.
2. In part II, the major part of Indian girl population, that resides in rural India will also get to know “what the
world is, how the world is, and why the world is”

In the 2nd phase:
The huge number of workers that are associated with the “Prostitution” will surely protest
against this, as this will affect those people who have created this field and also their livelihood.
This phase will also get some political issues, because indirectly some politicians are also
involved through money in this industry. So they will not allow to let this happen.
So for the implementation of this phase, the government will have to be a little harsh to the gang
that are associated with this field.
In the 4TH Phase:
The public may oppose, as introduction of a new subject will increase the burden on children.
But we’ll have to stick on the thought that “ TO GAIN ANYTHING, WE WILL HAVE TO LOSE
SOMETHING”, and here the profit is very high. So we can’t ignore.
Challenges
In the 1st phase:
To make the project cost effective we have to convince Celebrities, Businessman, Channel
Producers, Movie Producers and all other participators to provide service at minimum cost
In the 3rd phase:
In some case involving both gender, there may be chances of disapproval between the two
departments.
