1.Kick Off Meeting – Orientation for stake holders, gather initial site
configuration items - Areas, Units, Employees, Asset IDs, etc.
2.Business Process Mapping– Map areas, people, equipment and
workflow templates.
3.Setup Collaboration Site – Customers can upload project related
materials, track issues and also check on project progress.
4.Weekly Meetings: Weekly meetings until all items are complete and
work together to make the site users happy.
5.Testing and Training – Train the end users and go through an user
acceptance testing before go live with the system.
6.Feedback – unfold site best practices – go to next Unit- continuous
improvement.
