Great presentations have several elements to add to the
overall design
 Slide transitions
 Slide builds
 Background template designs
 Font styles (sans serif works best)
Use of font colors and sizes emphasizes
important information, as does:
 Bold
 Italics
 Underline
Introducing only the title before presenting
information → discussion on the topic
List important topics at the beginning of
presentation
 Notice the sliding information on the next two slides
It adds interest and introduces one key point at a time
List of topics allows audience to know what will be covered
Adding and animating pictures catches audience
attention

 Example – All bullets line up on left side of slide, consistently
