The European Finance Development Programme (EFDP) is a 3-year training program offered by Mars that provides opportunities across different business segments and divisions including Wrigley, Mars Chocolate, Mars Food and Petcare. The EFDP fully funds CIMA support and offers development support through yearly offsite training, a personal development plan, buddy and mentor programs. It has a small and selective cohort of 19 EFDPs across 7 European countries and offers opportunities for European placement, financial relocation support, and 30 hours of language lessons.

£32,000 + £2000 signing bonus
