Psychological, medical and educational support for children with HIA in the DOW These are children with physical and (or) mental deficiencies that hamper the development of the educational program. These include children: hearing impaired (deaf and hard of hearing); visually impaired (blind and visually impaired); with severe speech disorders; with mobility impairments - musculoskeletal system, including cerebral palsy; with mental retardation; with intellectual disabilities, as well as other restrictions in health (with severe emotional disorders - volitional, including those with early infantile autism, complex disorders).
