Banken fra A til Å har på tre år gått fra å være omdømmeversting til den best likte storbanken i Norge. Mobilisering av de 13 000 ansatte har vært avgjørende på omdømmereisen. Lansering av døgnåpen bank, satsingen på unge og suksess innen sparing har kun vært mulig gjennom en målrettet intern kommunikasjon tett knyttet opp mot forretningsutviklings-, markedsførings- og PR-aktiviteter. Eirill har sin utdannelse fra NTNU, som sivilingeniør innen matematikk og fysikk. Hun har ti års erfaring som strategikonsulent i DNB-systemet. Eirill er svært opptatt av viktigheten av god internkommunikasjon. Enten som et verktøy for å nå forretningsmessige mål eller som glider i endringsprosesser.
Alexia Levite worked as the project manager on the restoration and remodeling of the historic Chevy Chase Arcade building in Washington, D.C. The project involved bringing the existing retail and office space up to current ADA and building codes, including converting a basement into additional office space and retrofitting an elevator shaft and two new elevators without disrupting tenants. Levite's firm provided architectural and interior design services, construction drawings and specifications, cost estimating, and construction phase services for the historic project.
The document describes a field trip experience. Teachers went on a teambuilding field trip in 2012 to Laguna where they visited a children's playground. The field trip provided an unforgettable experience for the teachers.
This multi-phase project involved surveying and analyzing an existing Pepsi-Cola facility totaling approximately 370,000 square feet. Alexia Levite developed the phasing concept and diagrams, acted as project manager, and was on the design team. The phases included converting a storage area into offices, an executive office building with interior design, a new 100,000 square foot warehouse and production facility, and a new 50,000 square foot building for food service offices and warehouse.
The basement of All Souls Episcopal Church in Washington D.C. was converted into an inviting multi-purpose room by exposing and working with the existing concrete structure and piping. The lighting and flooring were redesigned to enhance the space. Darker paint was used to diminish the piping while brighter paint in the center created a pavilion-like feeling. The final space was formal, finished, and brightly lit, transforming the area into a rentable space hosting concerts. Alexia Levite led the design work as part of a design-build team.

Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions.
