Born in Huntinton Beach, CA – oldest of three brothers – far right.
Graduated High School in ‘51 in Pocatello Idaho, and went to Idaho State 2
years before entering the Army. Ed spent 3 years there before returning to

Met Edna and married in ’54 while he was in the Army & she
was a freshman at Idaho State. That makes 58 Years!! Four
children – Chuck, Stacy in pig tails, Susan and youngest Mari.
Ed’s first job was with the Forest Service until he transferred to
Worland, WY in ‘61 with Purina. They transferred him to Billings
and Hardin while he worked for them through ‘69.

Other job moves with

Always “smiling
and joking” and
“pitching in” are
characteristics that
we all admire!
Ed became a Mason in 1959 and remains a
member today.
He also became a Shriner in 1971 and stays
involved to date.

When asked what motivates him to be such a
loyal member over the years to these
organizations and Rotary, he stated, “All involve
doing things for other people that they can’t do
for themselves.”
All the Stauber Family… four children, 13 Grandkids

             and 6 Great Grandkids. .
Most recently with their oldest daughter Susan
          and her extended family.
An example of Ed’s committed Rotary involvement was his
participation in building the two CLDI homes on the South Side
               during our Club’s 90th Anniversary.
Here with two other
               Rotary Volunteer

               Jani McCall and Sue
               Dow constructing
               the floor.
