Through the use of a survey conducted throughout campus, our group has come to the agreement that we are in need of a more fulfilling campus lifestyle.
I interviewed an individual in the elderly stage of life. She evaluated and reflected on the life she has lived. Additionally, she provided guidance and advice for the future generations that I plan to communicate in my therapy practices.
Jim Boushay, 63, dies Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at his home in Harvey, LA (just outside New Orleans) where he lived with his partner, Rickey Sain, Sr., of 18 years.

Graduated High School in ‘51 in Pocatello Idaho, and went to Idaho State 2
years before entering the Army. Ed spent 3 years there before returning to
University of Idaho where he graduated with a BS in Range Mgmt in ‘59.
5. Met Edna and married in ’54 while he was in the Army & she
was a freshman at Idaho State. That makes 58 Years!! Four
children – Chuck, Stacy in pig tails, Susan and youngest Mari.
6. Ed’s first job was with the Forest Service until he transferred to
Worland, WY in ‘61 with Purina. They transferred him to Billings
and Hardin while he worked for them through ‘69.

Billings in 1983. He
retired from Cargill in
2008 and went into
business on his own
as a Livestock
Consultant… or as he
explains it, a
“dietician for cows!”

we all admire!
9. Ed became a Mason in 1959 and remains a
member today.
He also became a Shriner in 1971 and stays
involved to date.
When asked what motivates him to be such a
loyal member over the years to these
organizations and Rotary, he stated, “All involve
doing things for other people that they can’t do
for themselves.”
10. All the Stauber Family… four children, 13 Grandkids
and 6 Great Grandkids. .
12. An example of Ed’s committed Rotary involvement was his
participation in building the two CLDI homes on the South Side
during our Club’s 90th Anniversary.
