ECE 552 is a course on numerical circuit analysis taught in the fall 2017 semester by Professor Ibrahim Hajj. The course covers formulation of circuit equations, sparse matrix algorithms for solving large systems, and AC, DC, and transient analysis of electrical circuits. Topics include network topology analysis, solution of linear circuit equations, sparse matrix techniques, DC analysis of nonlinear circuits, and transient analysis. Students will be graded based on a midterm, final exam, project, and homework assignments. The required textbook is Computational Methods in Circuit Simulation by I.N. Hajj.
