ECCO Select Key Performance Indicators
ECCO Select’s key performance indicators are based on three proactive core components:
Service, Relationship Development and Talent Acquisition.
Service:
Achieving customer loyalty means differentiating our services based on the clients needs. ECCO Select’s methodology
includes the customer touch, quality, feedback, and suggested solutions based on the pain-points of the customer. Our
holistic approach to providing the best customer service is beyond price and human capital, it includes merging the cus-
tomers expectations with quality results.
Relationship Development:
Establishing a rapport with our customers encompasses advocacy and follow up in a timely fashion. It is not enough to
simply repeat the desired needs of our customers but to partner with them while sustaining or exceeding the goals es-
tablished by the respective company. We have also cultivated our relationships from external memberships including
the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
Talent Acquisition:
Identifying talent is a culmination of defining the scope of work, establishing the structure, designating the key players
and establishing the deliverables. Our talent pool of candidates is comprised of our internal database, subscribed-to
databases, a robust referral network and strategic recruitment of our clients’ competitors.
