This document summarizes the coffee products of Espresso Prima Classe, an Italian coffee company. They produce coffee beans and ground coffee for both professional and personal use. Their coffee comes in single-dose espresso pods and capsules compatible with Nespresso machines, as well as 1kg and 500g bags of coffee beans with one-way degassing valves to preserve freshness. Their blends use high quality Arabica and Robusta coffees from various origins.

2. We produce coffee in beans and ground coffee, both for professional use and
private consumption. Our coffee is available in single-dose espresso pods and capsules
(also compatibles with Nespresso machines), 1 kg and 500 g coffee beans packages with
one-way degassing valve.
For our blends we use the following kinds of coffee:
Arabica: Santos Brazil, Colombia Medellin Supremo Washed, Ethiopia Sidamo Washed,
Ethiopia Djimmah, Kenya AA Washed, Puerto Rico AA, Mexico Maragogype, San
Domingo Washed Barahona AA, India Plantation AA;
Robusta: India Parchment, India Cherry AA, Uganda Selected, Congo HTM Washed,
Cameroun Gr. 1 Selected, Indonesia.
Our coffee is dedicated to the finest gourmet that will appreciate a fine scented, very

Venezia Orient ExpressKL
This blend has been studied to let you enjoy a classic Italian coffee with a defined and strong taste,
powerful body and penetrating aroma. It’s composed by selected Robusta from Africa and India
and Arabica varieties from Africa and South America.

Montebianco ExpressKL
This classic blend has been created for the lovers of the ancient Neapolitan coffee tradition. This
prestigious blend is an Arabica special selection of the best South American origins with a hint of
Indian and African Robusta. It’s dedicated to the finest gourmet that will appreciate a fine
scented, very creamy and full body cup.

Espresso del LevanteKL
This special blend has been studied to let you enjoy a high quality Italian coffee rich in aromatic
and perfume notes. This exclusive and excellent blend is intended only for those who want the
best, ever and without any compromise. Soft to the palate, refined in its aroma, it keeps the
Arabica properties untouched thanks to careful roasting process.

CAPSULES COMPATIBLES WITH NESPRESSO MACHINES
Each box contains 10 / 30 / 100 single-dose capsules with the finest origins of coffee carefully
selected and roasted with our special slow mothod to obtain the best Italian espresso. The
capsules are fully compatibles with espresso machines branded Nespresso. Each capsule is
individually packed in modified atmosphere to protect quality and freshness of the coffee over
time.
ASanremo Express
It’s is a blend characterised by a perfect and harmonious combination of Arabica Coffee from
South America, Africa and India specifically studied to confer the product an overwhelming
smoothness, sweetness, fine aroma and intense flavour, featuring delicate notes of chocolate. Its
ideal body structure is obtained through the best Robusta of African origins.
ANapoli-Portici Express
It’s is a coffee blend composed of selected South American and African Arabica as well as the
finest Asian and African Robusta cultivated at high altitudes. This blend is particularly
recommended for preparing an espresso with strong taste and an intense body simultaneously
capable of maintaining a soft flavour and pleasant aftertaste, featuring marked notes of dry fruits.

4. AZADVANTAGES OF OUR COFFEE
1- Packaging in modified atmosphere. Packing coffee in modified
atmosphere offers extended shelf life and allows us to preserve the
freshness, high quality, aroma and flavor over time making our
products more attractive to the customers.
2 – Bags with one-way degassing valve. One-way degassing valves are
designed to allow pressure to be released from an air-tight package
while preventing air from getting back into the package. Fresh roasted
coffees emit a large amount of gas CO2 for several days after roasting.
The one-way degassing valve was invented to:

package coffee immediately after roasting;
●
allow the CO2 emitted from coffee to escape out of the bag;
●
not allow air to enter the bag to spoil freshness;
●
extend shelf stability.

3 – Every lot is roasted to order. Nothing is sitting around a warehouse
waiting to be sent out. We sell only fresh reoasted coffee with 24
months shelf life.
4 – Upon request our coffee can be produced in any grinding size (extra-
fine, fine espresso, medium etc.), roasting type without any surcharge
and other packaging sizes.
