Work Experience:
 more than 18 years' experience in the field of Accounting and Auditing 
1. Training in the Accounting office for Mr. Mohammed Mohammed Chazli
chartered accountant and tax expert from 01/10/1992 to 30/07/1993 and
form 10/01/1994 to 30/09/1995 (Egypt - Damietta).
2. International Center for Computer Systems and Telecommunications
(ICCS) Saudi Arabia/Riyadh for 10 years from 01/12/1995 to
31/01/2006:
Responsibilities:
- Converted the Manual Accounting system for ICCS to an electronic
accounting system designed with MS Access database and put the
foundations of this system in order to have the required level and is being
developed on a regular basis to fit the incremental volume of the Business.
- Using Computer Skills to make helpful programs in the Accounting using MS
Excel.
- Supervision of all financial and accounting business of recording daily
expenses, income, Accounting entries, recorded and saved in the accounting
system and issue the monthly invoices for customers.
- Issuing financial reports quarterly and semi-annual and submit them for the
top management.

- Manage all Bank accounts of ICCS to follow up their balances and follow-up
incoming and outgoing checks, and the work of the bank settlement for the
accounts.
- Matching the Accounting books with monthly and annual bank statement.
- Preparation of the General Budget and report it to senior management.
- Preparation an managing bank facilities and follow-up with our banks.
- To issue a Classification Certificate for Contractors and filling needed forms
and complete documents professionally and required documents from our
clients and renewing it.
- Financial preparation for tenders, follow-up the validity of ICCS licenses and
CR and other documents.
- Professional Communication methods with clients, suppliers in both Arabic
and English.
3. Damietta Container & Cargo Handling Co DCHC (Egypt/Damietta) from
01/03/2006 to 31/03/2008:
Responsibilities:
- Following up Banks accounts for the company and their balance and follow-
up incoming and outgoing checks, as well as the work of the bank settlement
and follow-up of banks deposits.
- Monthly closing for Banks accounts.
- The receipt of the monthly payroll for 1500 employees in the company from
audit department, review and automatic transfer the salaries to the
employees bank account and follow the arrival of salaries to the accounts.
- Responsible person for the private financial sector servers, security cameras,
and computers maintenance.
4. Working at International Center of computer systems and
telecommunications (Saudi Arabia / Riyadh) again for 8 years in the
period from 25/04/2008 till date.
- The same responsibilities and tasks in addition to:
- Apply the same accounting system previously mentioned, in Waha
Technical Contracting Est. Branch of ICCS and preparing budgets for the
years (2013/2014/2015).
- Review Contractors accounts.
- Reviewing projects payments.
- Work of financial analysis for each project individually to match the work
carried out with the plan and stand on the strengths and weaknesses of the
project and align the remaining period of the project.

2. Professional using for all computer programs either accounting or
applications, as well as design programs such as Photoshop and Corel Drew.
