This document provides instructions for a Dutch folk dance called "Dutch Couple Dance". The dance involves a boy and girl interacting in pantomime, with the boy teasingly asking for a bite of the girl's apple. Over the course of eight figures set to music, the dancers depict the boy asking for the apple and the girl refusing while cleaning and showing off the apple. At the end, the girl exits while eating the apple, with the boy following behind still trying to get it. Costumes, formations, steps and movements are described to accurately perform the dance.
