he or she can see
the intercations,
the clothe and
the culture.
My choice of a new
employee depends
on the time I have
and the job
opportunity.
If the job requires
creativity I prefer
a recently
graduated
employee
It should work in
every kind of
company.
Recently
graduated
employees have
no bad habits.
To improve
undergraduates’
learning I would
take them to visit
real companies, to
observe the work
spaces.
People with work
experience
tolerates frustration
in a better way.
I would receive an
undergraduate for
one hour, once or
twice.
University
doesen´t
prepare
students for
real life.

knowledge.

investment from the

understand
