How to nourish your body
DRINK WATER FREQUENTLY
Drink Water Every 2 Hours
You should be drinking water throughout the day and not waiting
until you are thirsty, because thirst is a sign of dehydration.
A good way to make sure you get enough water throughout the day
is to drink at least one cup of water every hour or two.
Drink Water Throughout The Day
Make sure to drink your water evenly throughout the day.
For example, do not drink too much water in the morning and
then not get enough in the afternoon and evening or vise versa.
It is important to keep your water intake in balance, like you do
for your food intake.
Drink Water Before Bed
You should drink 1 cup of water before you go to bed because your
body needs water while you are breathing, moving around, breaking
down and absorbing your food, and repairing and recharging your
body’s wear and tear during your sleep.
Remember that it is important to drink at least one cup of water
when you wake up to replace the water your body used as you slept.
