DRH is a database for disaster risk reduction that consists of three elements: products, process, and wisdom. It contains implementation-oriented technologies, process technologies, and transferable indigenous knowledge. Users can view and submit contents, discuss contents, and introduce their websites. DRH can be accessed at http://drh.edm.bosai.go.jp/, where users can find examples of seismic retrofitting, community engagement processes, and traditional flood prevention techniques. The database aims to share information and technologies with both direct users and general information seekers, and welcomes active participation.
