The husband comes home late from work, saying he was with his boss again. His wife accuses him of cheating with his boss like the last time and tells him she no longer trusts him. An argument ensues where the wife demands he leave and the husband tries to calm her down. The screen then goes black as sirens are heard, ending the script draft for the opening of the author's 2 minute film.

1. Script draft
Husband: Honey I’m home
Wife: Do you know what the time is, it’s 10:30 where have you been?
Husband: At work honey
Wife: With your boss again? You know I don’t trust HER!!
Husband: She’s 6 years older than me nothing happened last time like I told you and nothing has
happened this time either!
Wife: Somehow I don’t believe you and somehow I don’t trust the words coming out of your mouth.
I want you out
Husband: You’re just tired let’s eat and go to sleep and settle it in the morning
Wife: Go to sleep with you after you’ve been with THAT! Leave NOW and I’d listen, you know it was
a close call last time you upset me
Husband: You’re being irrational dear

This is just my draft of the script for my 2 minute film opening. In contrast to my real one I have
changed a few words and put it into the correct format for a script and added extra information to
set the scene.
