Impact of green marketing on customer satsifaction and environmental safety -...Kartik Mehta
In recent years, concern about the environment has been highlighted in many areas of life. Our limited resources are damaged, the future of human life disturbs this planet, thus leaders and thinkers have to create a solution. The influence of green marketing tools have been analysed in this study, namely the eco-label, eco-brand and environmental advertisement. The sampling used was available cluster sampling. Tehran city is divided into four parts, North, South, East and West. The western and northern areas of the city were selected and we distributed our questionnaire. The sample size was 384 people.
Formulae and data was analysed using the Spearman correlation test and multiple regression analysis. The results show that environmental advertisement had the most significant effect on consumer purchasing behavior and eco-brand had the least effect.
This document summarizes a research study on psychologically profiling "market mavens" in India. Market mavens are individuals who have expertise about the marketplace and enjoy sharing product information with others through word-of-mouth recommendations. The study hypothesized and tested a structural equation model relating consumer innovativeness, need for uniqueness, status consumption, and market helping behavior to market mavenism. The results found the psychological factors positively related to market mavenism, and market mavenism positively related to providing market information to others. This research aims to help marketers better understand and leverage the influence of market mavens in developing effective marketing strategies.
A Study on Employee Perception towards Organisational Climate and HR Practice...ijtsrd
Organization climate refers to the quality of working environment. Organizational climate is determined by member characteristics i.e., age, qualifications, experience, gender etc. Apart from this there are several other organizational variables which also influence organizational climate namely communication, support system, reward system, conflict resolution, participation in decision making. Human resource management plays an important role and largely determines a firm’s success and failure. HRM is broadly defined as the area of professional practice and organizational activities. This study reveals significant differences in employees’ perception of organizational climate and HR practices across demographic and organizational variables. This survey was passed in IT companies in Chennai. The research design used for this study is descriptive in nature. Sampling technique adopted for this study is Convince sampling, non probability sampling. Data collection is made with primary data and secondary data in this study. The primary data were collected through questionnaire by means of mailing with the employees. The source of secondary data was website, journals, and research paper. The tool used for analysing and interpreting the variables is percentage analysis, chi square test in SPSS, and regression analysis in SPSS. Dr. G. Balamurugan | K.
