Here are the key points of the Omnipotent View vs Symbolic View of management:
- Omnipotent View: Managers are in full control and have the power, knowledge and skills to achieve organizational goals. Success or failure depends entirely on managerial actions.
- Symbolic View: Managers have limited control and influence. Their role is more symbolic - to motivate, inspire confidence and provide direction. Success depends more on external factors beyond managers' control.
In Mukim's Creation:
- Top managers (CEO, COO, Technical Advisor) tend to follow more of an omnipotent view - they see themselves as fully in control and responsible for the organization's success.

The survey results showed that the target audience for the magazine should be young people aged 16 to 24. The market research also found an equal number of male and female respondents, so the magazine should aim to attract both genders. Most respondents reported rarely buying music magazines, but some purchased them monthly. Therefore, the magazine will be released monthly to encourage regular purchases. The most popular music genre was rock, so the magazine will include content related to rock musicians.

The document summarizes the results of a magazine design survey. It shows that the target audience for the magazine should be people aged 16 to 24, as that was the largest demographic group. It also found an equal split between male and female respondents, so the magazine design should aim to attract both genders. The most popular music genre was rock, so the magazine design and content will focus on catering to rock music fans.
This magazine cover from MixMag April 2013 uses bright colors, bold typography, and a close-up portrait photograph to attract its target audience of music fans. The design employs a consistent house style and principles like contrast and emphasis to draw attention to the cover lines that promote content of interest to readers.
The magazine cover uses design elements to attract its target audience of dance music and clubbing fans. The soft, curved typography suggests an informal, fun theme associated with pop and dance. White text stands out against the dark background. The large central credit draws attention to the cover models. Coverlines promote a DJ contest in Ibiza and a new album to intrigue readers. The main line describes the magazine as the world's biggest for its genre. While the dull color scheme is unusual, the bright lighting clearly shows all five cover models. The group image emphasizes they are a band, with the larger central figure likely the most famous to attract fans.
