This document summarizes a project called "Move Me" that used collaborative design processes to improve transportation accessibility in rural areas. The project brought together users, community members, and transportation providers to understand mobility needs, generate ideas, and prototype solutions. This led to the development of a new transportation hub and toolkit that enabled other communities to replicate the integrated transportation model. The approach resulted in greater community engagement, a model that scaled to other rural regions, recognition in a government white paper, and social and economic benefits like improved access to schools, jobs, and other services.
