• RAM: 4GB and above

• Processor: 4 core and 3.2GHz above
PREREQUISITE

3. Windows
1.Run on Visual studio Setup . Tick both the checkboxes and make sure the
Directory is not changed.

4. 2.Select All the features to install and Click on Install.

5. 3.After the installation is successful click on Restart Now.

6. 4.The setup will be successfully installed. Click on Launch

7. 5.Next we have to download SQL Server from
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=42299

8. 6.Make sure you’re logged in as an administrator of the machine then right-click on the
exe you downloaded and select “Run as Administrator”. Then you’ll get a compatibility
warning. Click past it for now to continue with the install for the Downloaded SQL Server
where you will see the SQL Server Installation Center.

9. 7.Tick on both the checkboxes for License Terms and click on Next.

10. 8.Tick on the Microsoft update checkbox and click on Next.

11. 9.In the feature selection Select All the features and make sure the instance root
directory where you are going to install have enough disk space requirements.

12. 10.Click on Default Instance if you are installing in the system for the first time or else
you can provide Named instance and give any name and click on Next.

13. 11.In the Server configuration it will be automatically setup for the SQL Server so that
simply click on Next.

14. 12.In the Database Engine Configuration click on Mixed Mode and provide a password
for the SQL Server system administrator account and click on Next.

15. 13.Once the installation has been completed click on close and Restart the system.

16. 14.Now Download SQL Server Management Studio Express from
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=15366

17. 15.Click on New SQL Server Stand-alone installation.

18. 16.In the Installation Type click on the radio button for Perform a new installation and
click on Next.

19. 17.Accept the License Terms and click Next.

20. 18.Select All in Feature Selection and click on Next.

21. 19.We will have Successful installation of SQL Server Management Studio. Close and
Open SQL Management Studio from Startup and Run the program.

22. 20.Now open SQL Server Management Studio and connect the server.

23. 21.Now Create a Table inside Databases and give a name for the table.

24. 22.Provide the values for the created table.

25. 23.Now Open Visual Studio and in Tools Connect to Server and click on continue.

26. 24.Give the Server name that has been used to connect with SQL Server Management
Studio and click on Ok.

27. 25.Provide the Server name and click on Test Connection. It will show successful test
connection.

28. 26.Successfully the Database is connected to Visual Studio.
