it in the Do It For Me platform. The potential employee will create a profile about himself

Therefore we decided to create a start up company based on fulfillment of needs of the
people. Considering the short-term changes we would like to increase our advertisement

companies that offer this service, but Do It For Me will work with “Entorno Digital, SA”. The
cost for register the domain is approximately 25€ and the cost that the company will have to
pay annuallyforcontinuingoperatingwiththe same domainis25€/year.
Finally, the company will need to work with some platform that allows to send the newsletters
(email marketing). For this task Experian will be chosen to work with. Experian provides a

Credit Policies
Do It For Me is not selling anything, therefore there is no need to fix any credit policies. The
company is a platform for the users that want to sell a “thing to be done” or buy a “things to
do”. Users can negotiate prices but they have to pay them through the website or app using
both Paypal or their credit card (payment is realized at the moment). There is no possibility to
ask fora “thingto do” withoutpayingbeforeorvice versa.
When someone is paying for a service, money is stocked in the company’s bank account. Only
when the user confirms that the second user that has to do the thing has done it, the money
will be deposited to the second user that has done the work. Do It For Me will always take a
percentage of the amountto coverthe expenses.
If the user that has to do the thing is not doing it anymore, money is returned to the initial
user. This way it is the safest option to manage the business. No one is losing money; the
companywill control the cashflowto ensure thatall servicesare done andno one ischeating.
In terms of suppliers, as it was mentioned before, the company is not going to have a lot of

The usual payment basis is 90 days through bank transfer. In this way, the company can get

b. If the task is not completed for reasons beyond Contractor's control (cancellation by
the Customer), the Deposit will be returned to Contractor's account in full. The
Commissionisnottobe paid.
If the task is not completed by fault of the Contractor, Deposit or Commission may be
charged:
If the “Fulfillment” of the Contractor more than 95%, Deposit will be returned
to the Contractor's account infull;
If Fulfillmentis95%-90% — the penaltyis50% of Depositor of Commission;
If Fulfillment less than 90% (or if the percentage of Fulfillment is not yet rated)
—Depositwiilnotbe returned, Commission will be charged;
If Fulfillment less than 80% — Contractor loses the right to provide services on
Do It For Me.
All unfulfilled tasks are checked by the monitoring service of Do It For Me to determine the
degree of responsibility of the Contractor. Our staff contact the Customer and the Contractor
to clarifythe reasonsforthe task cancellation.
Regular tasks
Tasks for cleaning in which the Customer searches for Contractor for ongoing collaboration are
calledregularones.
In every regular tasks, the Commission is 100% of the first cleaning, but not more than 60
euros. If the first task was done but for reasons beyond the Contractor's control the Customer
has refused further cooperation (the Contractor was not invited to make next cleaning), the
Contractor may return 50% of Commission within for 35 days after the fulfillment of the task.
