Overview
«Do It For Me» is a business concept based on an online platform where the potential users
will be able to set tasks or/and complete them for a negotiated price. Any user will have an
opportunity to interact both as an employer and as an employee. The potential employer will
describe the task that he needs to do, set the price that he is willing to pay for that and publish
it in the Do It For Me platform. The potential employee will create a profile about himself
where he will put his skills and competencies and will have an access to a number of tasks of
otherpeople,amongwhichhe canchoose whathe iswillingorcapable todo.
Users can negotiate aboutprice.
So the general idea is to create an online network of contacts that will help one group of
people to find an executor to do what he needs and for the other group of people – to earn
moneybydoingtasksthat theyare willing.
The service will fulfil potential clients needs in a quick, inexpensive and mutually beneficial
way.
The service will be provided through the web content and a mobile application constructed for
bothplatforms – Apple iOSandAndroid.
The reason to launch the start-up company is that there is a market opportunity in Spain due

Approach
The approach is to create a network, a mediation channel between people whose services are
needed for each other. So, we provide a platform, where one person is setting a task that he
needs to be done and the other one who is able to complete the given task within the price
that theywill negotiatebetweeneachother.

The first assumption is the economical situationin the region where the business is going to be
established. Nowadays, according to the latest statistics (provided by the Generally de
Catalunya the level of unemployment in Barcelona is about 181

comparison to other developed countries. In addition, due to the consequences of the crisis
people struggle to find a permanentwell-paid job. So there is a big potential market to start up
a business.
The other assumption for setting up an online-based business is that because of the
technological progress nowadays people are used to fulfill more and more of their needs

Do It For Me is an online service created with a purpose to fulfill the needs of the customers
and provide an opportunity to get extra income. On the assumption of the concept of the
company there are two principal target markets: the potential customers that have a list of
determined tasks which must be done and the second group of the potential customers are
those whowantto performthemselvesinvariousspheresorsimplyearnextramoney.
Therefore DO IT FOR ME provides service using two main online platforms: the website and
the online mobile application, created for both platforms – iOS and Android. Both online
services will be free to download and there will be no registration fee. Each user could
download the online application or register on the website, create an account and depending
on the purpose define the personal information, required skills and specify the type of the
work which must be done. Each user can act both as an employer and an employee at the
same time.

Nowadays life is becoming so chaotic, stressful and fast that people could not even have
enough time for having a normal lunch. Each person besides his job/university has a list of
extra duties, which he/she has to do. However due to the lack of time people could not
manage that tasks like: paint the walls at home, fix the furniture, walk with dogs, clean the
house etc.
Therefore we decided to create a start up company based on fulfillment of needs of the
people. Considering the short-term changes we would like to increase our advertisement
budget for the next three - five months and obtain a valuable clientele. For the long-term
changes a good marketing strategy would have to be implemented, which has its main goal in
creationof brand awareness.
Besides that, our company also taking into account the current economic situation and high
index of unemployment rate in Spain, as well as a huge number of students which annually
coming to Spain and searching the different ways to earn extra money. Considering these
facts, the company assuming the situation as an appropriate environment for conducting this
type of business.

application. These two tools will be updated every day and will be constantly tracked. Do it for
me are mobile-first approach, that gives users the classified experience in an app that is easy
to browse and is provided with geotagging and other localizing features. In Do It For Me users
can upload “offers to do” or can look for “offers to be done”. We expect to help people to find
help in some “to does” and, at the same time, we want to help people to gain extra money for
helpingothersdoingthingsthattheydonotwantto do or theydo not know how to do.

The category “upload the task” provides users to create and publish the announcement with
the task, which they want to be done in freeform including the information about the price,
location, timeline, description of the task, requirement skills, education and other extra
information.
The category “find the task” provides users to find the task, which they want to do according
to their skills, needs, price etc. The tasks are ranked on the proximity rate (according to the
closestpossiblelocation).
The category “youraccount” includesthree mainclassifications:

 My tasks
 Accountsettings
The classification “To Do List” provides users to create their own To Do List of tasks,which they
want to do. “To Do List” could be filled in the freeform according to the needs. Once the “To
Do List” is filled in, the user could go to the classification “my tasks” and upload the
announcement with task from the “To Do List”. When the task uploaded the announcement is
automatically appear in both categories “upload the task” and “find the task” for other users.
And once the task is done, the user has an ability to put the tick on it in the “To Do List”
category.

In category “account settings” all the users have to update their personal information,
paymentinformation,locationetc.
There is a chat option where the users are able to talk about the activity that has to be done
and aboutthe prices.Theyalwayshave to publishthe final price agreement.
The application is also contains categories: “about us” “terms and conditions” and “contact
us”.
The category “aboutus” include the informationaboutthe companyandcontact information.
The category “termsand conditions”include all legalinformation.

As will be explained further on, the company will use a safe payment system that allows to
control all the transactions between two or more users, ensuring that under no circumstances
a fraud or mistake can take place. The users will get their money once they have completed

It is important to highlight that both the web page and app are very intuitive tools, easy to use

As it was mentioned before, Do It For Me is an online company, therefore location is not that

The location of the service is simple. The users can look for the website in all browsers or
download the application through Android and IOS. App downloading will be free initially,

The company will be registered as a SCP (Sociedad Civil Profesional) as this form has many
benefits. It is an easy form with no requirement for the initial investment. The only
requirement is that the society has to have 2 minimum founder members. The company Do It
For Me will have 5 foundermembers.
As for the legal limit of the working hours, according to the Spanish Government, the
maximum limit of working hours should not be more than 40 hours per week. The work time
of the company’sstaff will be alwayswithinthe 40hours perweek.
As forthe contract andotherimportantfacts,basedon the company’ssuccess,extrastaff will
be hiredwithan agreementand exposingaflexibleschedule.Itisimportantforthe foundersif

Also the company may need to buy the domain to register the website. There are a lot of
companies that offer this service, but Do It For Me will work with “Entorno Digital, SA”. The
cost for register the domain is approximately 25€ and the cost that the company will have to
pay annuallyforcontinuingoperatingwiththe same domainis25€/year.
Finally, the company will need to work with some platform that allows to send the newsletters
(email marketing). For this task Experian will be chosen to work with. Experian provides a
platformthatwill sendinformationtothe DoIt For Me users’data base.
Credit Policies
Do It For Me is not selling anything, therefore there is no need to fix any credit policies. The
company is a platform for the users that want to sell a “thing to be done” or buy a “things to
do”. Users can negotiate prices but they have to pay them through the website or app using
both Paypal or their credit card (payment is realized at the moment). There is no possibility to
ask fora “thingto do” withoutpayingbeforeorvice versa.
When someone is paying for a service, money is stocked in the company’s bank account. Only
when the user confirms that the second user that has to do the thing has done it, the money
will be deposited to the second user that has done the work. Do It For Me will always take a
percentage of the amountto coverthe expenses.
If the user that has to do the thing is not doing it anymore, money is returned to the initial
user. This way it is the safest option to manage the business. No one is losing money; the
companywill control the cashflowto ensure thatall servicesare done andno one ischeating.
In terms of suppliers, as it was mentioned before, the company is not going to have a lot of
suppliers,onlyafewinitially.
The usual payment basis is 90 days through bank transfer. In this way, the company can get
more moneyin90 days to payall the bills.

a. If the task is completed – deposit is to be returned. And from account of Contrator 5-
15% of the price of the task are to be debited.
b. If the task is not completed for reasons beyond Contractor's control (cancellation by
the Customer), the Deposit will be returned to Contractor's account in full. The
Commissionisnottobe paid.
If the task is not completed by fault of the Contractor, Deposit or Commission may be
charged:
 If the “Fulfillment” of the Contractor more than 95%, Deposit will be returned
to the Contractor's account infull;
 If Fulfillmentis95%-90% — the penaltyis50% of Depositor of Commission;
 If Fulfillment less than 90% (or if the percentage of Fulfillment is not yet rated)
—Depositwiilnotbe returned, Commission will be charged;
 If Fulfillment less than 80% — Contractor loses the right to provide services on
Do It For Me.
All unfulfilled tasks are checked by the monitoring service of Do It For Me to determine the
degree of responsibility of the Contractor. Our staff contact the Customer and the Contractor
to clarifythe reasonsforthe task cancellation.
Regular tasks
Tasks for cleaning in which the Customer searches for Contractor for ongoing collaboration are
calledregularones.
In every regular tasks, the Commission is 100% of the first cleaning, but not more than 60
euros. If the first task was done but for reasons beyond the Contractor's control the Customer
has refused further cooperation (the Contractor was not invited to make next cleaning), the
Contractor may return 50% of Commission within for 35 days after the fulfillment of the task.

Executive Summary Overview «Do It For Me» is a business concept based on an online platform where the potential users will be able to set tasks or/and complete them for a negotiated price. Any user will have an opportunity to interact both as an employer and as an employee. The potential employer will describe the task that he needs to do, set the price that he is willing to pay for that and publish it in the Do It For Me platform. The potential employee will create a profile about himself where he will put his skills and competencies and will have an access to a number of tasks of otherpeople,amongwhichhe canchoose whathe iswillingorcapable todo. Users can negotiate aboutprice. So the general idea is to create an online network of contacts that will help one group of people to find an executor to do what he needs and for the other group of people – to earn moneybydoingtasksthat theyare willing. The service will fulfil potential clients needs in a quick, inexpensive and mutually beneficial way. The service will be provided through the web content and a mobile application constructed for bothplatforms – Apple iOSandAndroid. Each user can act both as an employer and an employee at the same time. Considering the short-term changes we would like to increase our advertisement budget for the next three - five months and obtain a valuable clientele.
