 Illinois Centennial Monument, in the middle of the neighborhood 
o Built in 1918 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Illinois' statehood 
o It's a single 70-foot (21 m) tall marble Doric column topped by an eagle, in reference 
to the Flag of Illinois.[ 
 They host The Taste of Logan Square, held each August, features local restaurants and 
bakeries from Logan Square and surrounding neighborhoods 
 The Logan Square Preservation organization
o a nonprofit that celebrates the history of the neighborhood, hosts a house and 
garden walk each September. The self-guided tour features gardens, historic 
homes and carriage rides. 
 Musical, theatrical, and comedic performances at the Congress Theater 
o features annual festivals such as the North Coast Music Festival and Riot Fest 
 cinematic experience at the four-screen Logan Theater 
 Logan Boulevard 
o Logan Boulevard is one of 4 boulevards in Logan Square that make up the Logan 
Square Boulevard National Historic District. Known as the City of Chicago's finest 
and most viewed collections of gray stones homes, homes made on Indiana 
Bedford limestone, Logan Boulevard was known as the "boulevard of the
