DLF Limited ( Delhi Land & Finance ) is one of the largest commercial real
estate developers in India. It was founded by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh in
1946 and is New Delhi, India based. DLF developed residential colonies, office,
and retail properties. In mid 1970s, the company started developing their DLF
city project like hotels, infrastructure and special economic zones in Guragaon.
The company is headed by Kushal Pal Singh
DLF is India largest real estate company in terms of revenues, earnings,
market capitalisation and developable area, it is the largest real estate
developer in India with 266 millions square feet worth of developed and
under development projects.
The business of DLF is organised on a SBU basis. The Homes SBU to 3
segments of the residential market- Super Luxury, Luxury & Mid Income
