was founded in 1990 by top
educators,professionals, and
business owners with the goal of
improving organizational and
individual effectiveness. UMT,
presently an independent, non-
profit, private institution of higher
learning, has been designated as
a 'W4' category (highest rank)
universities by Pakistan's Higher
Education Commission (HEC).

more effected the studies.
Economical Factor
Although education budgets have increased, they still fall well short of the 4 percent target at 2. 8 percent of the
overall gross domestic product (GDP).
Social Factor
The literacy rate of females in Pakistan is only 48%, compared to 70% of the literate male
population.indicating a glaring gender bias in Pakistan's education system.

In COVID-19 using online system for studies.Pakistan has over 124 million internet users, giving it the world's
seventh- largest internet user population.As of July 2021, the percentage of internet users in Pakistan was 54%,
implying that around 118 million persons had internet connection.

• The UMT mainly follow Top to Bottom and Bottom to Up hierarchy that’s
mean they can follow step by step according to the sequence of their
designation, like president Dr. Hassan Murad give orders to rector then
rector will give his orders to head of internal audit.
• Top-down radical changes think that an autocratic,hierarchical form of
command-and-control decision-making is required for an organization to
succeed and provide its goal.
• .Director general follow the orders receive from head of internal audit then
director general authorized his orders to all faculty members according to
their position.
9. UMT CULTURE
• UMT culture depends on believes, perspectives,rules,thought and feeling.
People can create culture and also all employees in UMT organization. UMT
organization follow three stages cultural drift:
• UMT can focus on the problems of their faculty members and their students
• UMT can engaged in groups with different peoples, judge their attitudes,and
thoughts of their faculty members
• UMT can create the right environment like they can hire female on the basis of
their female issues
• UMT can specify the change goals like they can build their on hospital for their
basis of medical practices
• A huge transformation among existing culture is the increasing ratio of women in
UMT

10. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
UMT STRUCTURE
• According To the director MR.Imran Sadiq UMT are centralized organization
because they can follow top to bottom hierarchy.
• They can work in sequences that’s why they are reached in centralized
organization because most of things are offered any programs they get
permission two head of department,and UMT also fall in divisional categories
because their faculty members provide multi service at a time.
• for example, Sir Imran Sadiq is deal with two responsibilities, his first
responsibility is director of SPA department and secondly conveying lectures of
their different programs.
11. DIVERSITY RATIO WORKFORCE IN UMT
Diversity
Thirteen years ago,the ratio was 70% men and 30%
women but right now the ratio is 50/50% for each that
can same happened in UMT SPA faculty,they have 6
females out of 30 members,and also different religion
related people working
