Tenacity is the ability to grip something
firmly, staying determined, and being
persistent.
It will help you reach goals and dreams
you didn’t think were within your reach.

Think about putting together a challenging

action or start something without being
told to do so. It involves being proactive
and showing a willingness to take
responsibility.

Suppose you work in an office, and there's a
project that needs to be organized. If you take
the initiative, it means you don't wait for your
supervisor to assign specific roles. Instead, you
voluntarily step forward, identify what needs to
be done, and start organizing tasks.You might
create a plan, delegate responsibilities, and
kickstart the project without being explicitly
directed to do so. In essence, taking the
initiative involves being a self-starter and
