The Principles of Good Health is based upon Healthy Cells Health and disease are determined on the level of millions of cells which compose our body and its organs. Natural Vitamins and other essential nutrients are needed for thousands of biochemical reactions in each cell . Chronic deficiency of these vitamins and other essential nutrients is the most frequent cause of malfunction of millions of body cells and the primary cause of cardiovascular disease and other diseases. Cardiovascular diseases are the most frequent diseases because cardiovascular cells consume vitamins and other essential nutrients at a high rate due to the mechanical stress on the heart and the blood vessel wall from the heartbeat and the pulse wave . Optimum dietary intake of natural vitamins and other essential nutrients is the key to prevention and effective treatment of cardiovascular disease, as well as other chronic health conditions.
" The primary, and by far the most frequent, cause of malfunctioning of cells is a chronic deficiency of essential nutrients, in particular of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and trace elements. These essential nutrients are needed for a multitude of biochemical reactions and other cellular functions in every single cell of our body. Chronic deficiencies of one or more of these essential nutrients, therefore, must lead to cellular malfunctioning and to disease. " Matthius Rath , MD
The Cell Essentials The components of a Broad-Spectrum Micro-Nutrient Program (vitamins and minerals etc) are an essential part of the biological fuel we have to provide regularly to our bodies and make up the cell essentials. The other biological fuels are well known: Air (oxygen) Water Regular nutrition (food composed of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates). There is a distinct characteristic setting natural vitamins apart from air, water, and food: A lack of natural vitamins and other essential nutrients does not give any alarm signs .
LIFE ESSENTIALS
The first sign of a vitamin deficiency is the outbreak of a disease . Since we all get small amounts of vitamins and other essential nutrients, we generally do not suffer from a total depletion. Most of us, however, suffer from a chronic deficiency of natural vitamins and other essential nutrients . Since deficiencies of these essential nutrients do not give any immediate alarm signs, they continue to be unrecognized and masked for many years . Thus, since our body does not give us any alarm signs, the best way we can avoid deficiencies in cellular energy is an optimum daily supplementation of broad-spectrum bio-available nutrients.
WHAT DOES BIO ENERGY MEAN????
WHAT IS INLIVEN ? CERTIFIED ORGANIC PROBIOTIC PREDIGESTED SUPERFOOD (Bio energy carriers)
Certified Organic ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
Purpose of Certification Organic certification addresses a growing worldwide demand for organic food. It is intended to assure quality and prevent “fraud ”. For organic producers, certification identifies suppliers of products approved for use in certified operations .
The certification process In order to certify a farm, the farmer is typically required to engage in a number of new activities, in addition to normal farming operations:
Study the organic standards, which cover in specific detail what is and is not allowed for every aspect of farming, including storage, transport and sale. Compliance - farm facilities and production methods must comply with the standards, which may involve modifying facilities, sourcing and changing suppliers, etc. Documentation - extensive paperwork is required, detailing farm history and current set-up, and usually including results of soil and water tests. Planning - a written annual production plan must be submitted, detailing everything from seed to sale: seed sources, field and crop locations, fertilization and pest control activities, harvest methods, storage locations, etc.
Inspection - annual on-farm inspections are required, with a physical tour, examination of records, and an oral interview. Fee - an annual inspection/certification fee (currently starting at $400-$2,000/year Record-keeping - written, day-to-day farming and marketing records, covering all activities, must be available for inspection at any time. In addition, short-notice or surprise inspections can be made, and specific tests (e.g. soil, water, plant tissue) may be requested.
Certification for other operations than farms is similar . The focus is on ingredients and other inputs, and processing and handling conditions. A transport company would be required to detail the use and maintenance of its vehicles, storage facilities, containers, and so forth. A manufacturer would have its premises inspected and its suppliers verified as certified organic.

WHAT KILLS THE FRIENDLY BACTERIA IN YOUR GUT? Anti Biotic Therapy Stress Birth Control Pills Herbicides and Pesticides Preservatives in our foods Fluorine and Chlorine in our water supply Carbonated soft drinks Radiation Additives Fertilizers
COMMON WARNINGN SIGNS OF A BACTERIAL IMBALANCE Difficulty losing weight Sugar and Carbohydrate cravings Frequent fatigue and poor concentration Frequent constipation or diarrhea Faulty digestion, poor digestion, reflux and other gut disorders Sleeping poorly possible night sweats Painful joints inflammation and stiffness Bad breath, gum disease and dental problems Frequent colds, flu's or infections Chronic yeast problems, Candida Acne, Eczema, skin problems and foot fungus Extreme menstrual or menopausal symptoms Food allergies Just to name a few!
SCIENTIFIC NOTES ON PROBIOTICS Alters the levels of acidity and alkalinity in the gastrointestinal tract which will change the ecology of the bowel environment, and thereby affect the type, quantity and behavior of micro organisms found there Researchers now believe that declining levels of bifidobacteria in the intestinal tract may actually mark the eventual onset of chronic degenerative disease . These declines brought on by aging make supplementation of these vital, beneficial micro organisms all the more crucial. Vital bifidobacteria may help detoxify the human system and remove numerous harmful substances. According to David B. Hughes and Dallas G. Hoover of the University of Delaware, bifidobacteria have the ability to remove cancer forming elements or the enzymes that lead to their formation. Writing in the April 1991 issue of Food Technology, Hughes and Hoover reported animal studies demonstrating bifidobacteria longum's ability to protect against the formation of liver tumors related to pathogenic microbes in the intestine. Certain strains also possess the ability to counteract cancer causing compounds in the colon.
Japanese research has recently shown that the beneficial micro organisms bifidobacteria longum and bifidum breve are substantial producers of important B vitamins . The production of these B vitamins is of special importance today, especially when a large number of adults lack needed levels of the vitamin. One of the many tasks the lactobacilli are responsible for is the production of vitamin K. Vitamin K is important in helping blood to clot and is essential for the building of strong bones . New research suggests that Vitamin K deficiency may be a crucial factor in predisposing the human body to the onset of osteoporosis . Helps the entire colon by eating away encrusted putrefactive materials , and it helps repair the intestinal tract by providing needed enzymes and essential nutrients, as well as by adhering to and protecting the mucosal lining . Dr. Morton Walker, in his recent book Secrets of Long Life, reports that L. acidophilus has now been shown to produce at least four powerful antimicrobial compounds , including acidolin, acidolphilin, lactocidin and bacteriocin. Each of these compounds has demonstrated formidable neutralizing effects against serious disease causing microbes such as camphylobacter, listeria, staphylococci, and a long list of others. Moreover, Eileen Hilton, an infectious disease specialist at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York has recently demonstrated the phenomenal disease preventing effects of this amazing beneficial microorganism on women who had previously suffered with chronic vaginal yeast infections .
Ongoing research being conducted at the University of Nebraska and reported by renowned probiotic research expert Dr. Khem Shahani, Professor, Department of Food Science and Technology, has shown that the powerful strain of L. acidophilus is able to reduce cholesterol levels. Acidophilus known as the "Cadillac" strain, it is also able to inhibit the growth and toxin producing capabilities of 23 known disease causing pathogens , as well as reduce tumor growth and effectively neutralize or inhibit carcinogenic substances in laboratory studies. Additionally, according to Professor Shahani, selected and specially grown strains of L. acidophilus have shown both antifungal and antiviral activity .  Consequently, acidophilus can retard the proliferation of vaginitis as well as flu or herpes . it has been demonstrated to provide phenomenal relief from symptoms of disease and ill health particularly those symptoms associated with suppressed immune system function i.e., chronic fatigue syndrome, Candida infections, Epstein-Barr virus, herpes, Crohn's disease, chlamydia, cytomegalovirus, parasitic infections, and many more. Research shows it is one of the most important immune system stimulators of all the transient micro organisms. It is remarkable for its ability to activate the body's immune defense , as well as its ability to stimulate the proliferation of crucial lymphocytes. In conclusion, scientific research on human health and longevity has suggested that aiding the growth of select strains of beneficial microorganisms through careful dietary supplementation may very well provide remarkable health benefits .
RUSSIAN RESEACH In the “October Issue 2005 from the “Health Sciences Institute”, they reported that in 2002, National Geographic published an article about a Russian military laboratory. Russia had ordered top minds at the State Scientific Center Research Institute to develop a “universal antidote” for biological warfare agents. After researching over 600 different compounds they found one with astonishing power and safety. And, it wasn’t a drug. It was a Pro-Biotic capsule packed with “friendly bacteria”. Friendly bacteria have been documented to ease flu symptoms in 8 hours and have show to be super effective even against the Hepatitis C virus. More than 50,000 doses of Pro-Biotic anti-germ agent have been evaluated on human subjects and the results couldn’t be more encouraging!

The Importance of Minerals In Our Diet Is Often Overlooked Life-sustaining minerals are necessary for 95% of the body's daily functions . Although the body can function, however poorly, without vitamins, it will die without essential minerals . We naturally produce vitamins from our inherent mineral supply, so when that supply is depleted, the body suffers. Soil depletion, poor crop rotation , and loss of valuable topsoil due to flooding and over-irrigation has eliminated much of the natural trace mineral content from our modern food supply. In fact, many of the fruits and vegetables we consume today contain only 8 to 12 minerals. (organically-grown produce may contain up to 20.) Dr. Linus Pauling winner of two Nobel Prizes, claimed, " You can trace every sickness, every disease, and every ailment to a mineral deficiency."

  • 6. WHAT DOES BIO ENERGY MEAN????
  • 7. WHAT IS INLIVEN ? CERTIFIED ORGANIC PROBIOTIC PREDIGESTED SUPERFOOD (Bio energy carriers)
  • 8.
  • 9.
  • 10. Purpose of Certification Organic certification addresses a growing worldwide demand for organic food. It is intended to assure quality and prevent “fraud ”. For organic producers, certification identifies suppliers of products approved for use in certified operations .
  • 11. The certification process In order to certify a farm, the farmer is typically required to engage in a number of new activities, in addition to normal farming operations:

  • 59. How Isothiocyanates Help Protect Against Cancer Carcinogens are the bad guys of the cancer battle. They are the chemicals that cause the disease. Isothiocyanates (pronounced eys-so-thigh-o-sigh-an-ate ) stop them dead in their tracks in three different ways: 1) They don't allow carcinogens to be activated; 2) they counteract the poisonous effects of carcinogens that have been activated; and 3) they speed up their removal from the body. 1 Isothiocyanates have been shown to be especially effective in fighting lung and esophageal cancers. 2-4 Studies have shown that risks of other cancers of the gastrointestinal tract and the respiratory tract can also be reduced by consuming isothiocyanate-rich vegetables. 5 Food Sources Isothiocyanates can be found in cruciferous or "cabbage family" vegetables such as broccoli , cauliflower, kale, turnips, collards, Brussels sprouts, cabbage , kohlrabi, rutabaga, Chinese cabbage , bok choy, horseradish, radish, and watercress
