paper requires you to visit or to use your own workplace site, if your work place serves people in

organizational policy and practice) of the site under review. regarding the health and wellness of
the population served) Underlying beliefs whether stated openly or not will drive the practices and
behavior of staff regarding the care of the population served. You will discover the stated and
underlying beliefs through visiting the site, observations and interviewing of a professional or
