Industrijski šećer i svi njegovi koncentrati kao
što su: džem, pekmez, marmelada, slatko,
bombone, čokolada, slatkiši, DIJABETIČARIMA
SU ZABRANJENI. Med je jedini prirodni
koncentrat šećera pa se i on ZABRANJUJE
dijabetičarima. Kod osoba koje nemaju
dijabetes med se može koristiti u umerenim
količinama.
Dijabetičari mogu koristiti zaslađene prirodne
zamene šećera.
ŠEĆERI:
ZAMENE ZA ŠEĆER
Začini se upotrebljavaju umereno i to:
peršun, mirođija, biber, senf, posna supa,
limunov sok, beli luk (par češnjeva dnevno).
Žestoki začini (ljuta paprika i koncentrati soli -
vegeta i sl.) se ne savetuju.
ZAČINI
Vodu piti po želji, kiselu vodu ukoliko nije
gazirana takođe piti po želji. Čaj i kafu bez
šećera piti umereno, 2-3 puta dnevno. Voćne
sokove od 1 jedinice voća bez dodatka šećera.
Zabranjuju se alkoholna pića, veštačka vina,
likeri i pića na bazi šećera, koncentrovani
voćni sokovi i voćni sirupi.
