• Coordinated with departments to ensure marketing success while generating goodwill and bridging
the gap with cross-functional teams resulting in unified marketing campaigns.
• Consulted on and implemented strategies with creative and IT talent; developed (SOW) scope of
work improving plans to achieve 92% target-to-completion goal at assignment end.
• Increased ROI by locating and securing added-value media opportunities impacting ad budget with
over $500K of previously missed opportunities.
• Managed PR for events including Chain Saw Carving competition at popular zoo ensuring
consistent, integrated messages.
