I’m not going to lie – sometimes this means longer and harder too – but mostly by working Smarter and more Efficiently. We have to remember that these are our careers. We are going to be here for a long time – so making the extra effort today to make your tomorrow’s easier makes a lot of sense.
We are a very human company – not a heartless machine. The fact that we don’t want to sell our company – AND - we ultimately want our employees to take it over – allows us a very unique and long term view.
Which by default means we are not the right company for 60% of the people in this industry. Our numbers are based of off averages reported by TechServe Alliance and Staffing Industry Analysts.
And that things seldom go according to plan – so in the shorter term work ethic and promise of success mean a lot more than the actual number.
With ownership working on a succession plan to exit day to day operations in the next 4 – 7 years – many key spots will be open for the people who have been working hard to get themselves into a position to be promoted into those roles (or the roles of others who have been promoted up).
And community – we do tons of philanthropy and believe strongly in giving back.
We’ll talk more about this topic on a future slide.
Which also means taking time out to play a game of foos or work out or do the things that are going to allow you to feel good about yourself, have fun and ultimately finish your work each day.
No one likes making cold calls, doing collections and dealing with problems – but we do them because that is what makes us successful

This ‘Exchange’ means the joy we get out of work in terms of financial reward and job satisfaction is far greater than the pain of doing the tasks that are not our favorite.
When this ‘exchange’ is in balance – we have happy people. If it is out of balance – it could be a sign that Digital Prospectors may not be the right company for you.
That can be a lot of pressure – but also what makes our work so incredibly rewarding when we are successful
And this is the heart of why our jobs are so meaningful and impactful. In addition to the money we can earn - on our best days – when we fill jobs with people who love them - we are literally improving the lives of those we serve – and that is no bullshit!
And we try to demonstrate this with our actions through all kinds of recognition programs all the time.
We love this - and it is a cornerstone of our company’s commitment to our people.
I believe in this case – the feedback was something like “Go Go Go Go Go”.
But seriously – all of our major improvements over the years are a direct result of the company’s drive to constantly improve by scrutinizing ourselves vigorously and regularly.
Our jobs are very hard too and we’ll be the first ones to tell you that we’re not perfect.
This has to be a two way street – or it doesn’t work.
At the end of the day – we can do many things to set our employees up for success (and we do) – but we can’t
Do people’s jobs for them – OR - Make people passionate about their jobs.
In fact - our jobs are not to make people passionate about their jobs. Our job is to find people who are genuinely passionate about the work we need to accomplish and giving them the best chance to succeed.
If this does not get you excited – you’re probably at the wrong company.
Our compensation, our benefits, our contests and bonuses, our time off, our snacks … none of it works financially if people are not working their hardest every day IN RETURN
PASSION for our work is critical for success AND it is the one thing we can’t buy for our employees.
