checkout to any existing site.
Shopify’s most basic plan allows sellers to create an online
catalog inside Shopify’s web app and to then create either
simple buttons or product cards that can be added to any
existing website.
Clicking “Add to Cart” makes a shopping cart appear from
the right side of the screen. Shopify then handles secure
checkout in a pop-up window.
5. Building a transactional site from scratch does not have to
be very costly. Using well-known platforms, you can cut
costs easily by:
Using flexible site templates to cut on design and
development times
Using common plug-ins to add bells and whistles to
their site with no programming needed
Reduce their reliance on one vendor by using open-
source or well-supported platforms
6. Getting started on marketplaces like Amazon and eBay can
be done in a matter of hours.
However, keep in mind that just listing your products on
Amazon is not enough to generate results.
