Diane Nash played a small yet important
role in the Selma Movement. After the
bombing of four young girls in
Birmingham, Al. She shared with John
Lewis, James Bevel and Dr. Martin
Luther King Jr. her plan the “move on
Alabama” that was a very aggressive
plan to take over and march
Montgomery. Although they did march
on Montgomery they took a different and
much milder approach. Organized by
Nash and two other SNCC members
