As a construction and Civil Engineering Company, we undertake all types of construction. DEZXEC TECH
CO LTD Constructions Ltd undertakes construction using 3Dimentional building technology commonly
referred to as 3D EPS Panels with its associated civil works, metal fabrications, landscaping and general
repairs and renovations.

3D PANEL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM (REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS.)
High Energy Efficient System – 3D provides an efficient thermal barrier, combining the thermal properties of
– continuous Polystyrene and a concrete thermal mass of up to 120 mm, achieving an R-value of up to 1.4.
Excellent Sound Insulation– The double shell construction of concrete + polystyrene + concrete
configuration minimizes sound transmission, achieving the STC rating of up to 61.
GREATER STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY.
The 3D System is a reinforced, insulated wall system with an extraordinary strength to weight ratio. Tests
involving extraordinary forces and conditions show that 3D is adaptable to any structural requirements and
resistant to extreme climatic and environmental conditions.
EARTHQUAKE RESISTANCE.
3D panels are joined in the way that forms a monolithic structural element with superior strength and
ductility. Using the standard engineering concrete theory Superior fire resistance – Tested for up to 2 hrs
fire rating. 3Dpolystyrene foam doesn’t continue to burn after flame is taken away.

4. 3D is a composite Construction System of 3D polystyrene panels, encased on each
side with steel mesh and concrete / plaster layers.
(a) It can be used for structural and load-bearing walls and floors in many building
applications.
(b) After erection of the 3D Panels a layer of special 3D concrete mix is sprayed, forming
a solid concrete structure which is completed to desired finish, e. g. Sponge,
adobe drags or trowelled.
(c) This surface is ready for compatible paint application e.g. elastometric acrylic paint.
(d) The 3D panels consist of a three-dimensional welded wire space frame with a built-in
expanded polystyrene insulation core.
(e) Each panel is placed in position and a layer of concrete is applied to both sides.
(f) Strength and rigidity of the panels result from the diagonal truss wires welded to the
cover mesh on each side of the panel.
(g) For the 3Dconstruction method, the EPS insulation core fulfils several important functions.
a. Firstly, it serves as a shuttering for applying the concrete layers and secondly
acts as a displacement body in the sandwich construction.
b. In addition, the EPS core provides the excellent insulation property of the System.
(h) The 3D Construction System is intended to be used as a total construction system, but it
can also be included in other construction systems as a component, i.e. steel frame or
reinforced concrete construction such as curtain walls, partition walls and as a core in
precast elements, retaining walls, swimming pools, sound barriers, commercial and
industrial application.
(i) The 3D Panels are produced on a fully automatic welding line, which assembles the
3 components: welded mesh, truss spacer wires and insulation core (polystyrene).
(j) The insulation core is type 1 expanded polystyrene (EPS) having a low density (approx. 15
– 20 kg/m3).

5. (k) The 3D panels receive their strength and rigidity from the diagonal spacer wires welded
to the wire fabric on each side.
(l) The standard 3D panels are produced with either 50mm EPS or 80 mm EPS. Concrete layers
on each side are normally 45 mm thick inside and 55mm outside, giving a total thickness of the
completed wall of 150 mm (with 50EPS) or 180 mm (with 80EPS).
(m) Steel mesh on each side of the panels is 2 mm in diameter with 50 X 50 mm
openings. Diagonal galvanized spacer wires - trusses are 4 mm in diameter.
(n) The number of diagonal trusses is normally 100 pieces per m2.
(o) The standard width of 3D panels is 1200 mm and their lengths are 3000 mm. Other
configurations of the 3D panels can be produced for special construction requirements.
(p) A specific 3D concrete mix has been developed and created for the 3D Construction
System in order to meet the fast, cost effective spraying (shotcreting) application.
(q) It has been designed so that only one coat of the concrete is applied, which meets several
requirements for concrete mix design – strength of 25-30 Mpa, workability, pump ability,
stick ability, rebound factor, allowing the achievement of various plaster finishes.
