This research focuses on developing an online learning guidebook for junior high school teachers in Kendari City, Indonesia, utilizing a 4-D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The guidebook aims to address challenges faced during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing a structured approach to online education, enhancing teaching effectiveness, and fostering student engagement. Expert reviews indicated that the guidebook meets quality criteria and is perceived as a valuable resource for improving online learning experiences.
