-- Services and Programs –
Mental Health Counseling – Mental health therapy for a variety of issues
such as but not limited to, bi-polar, depression, anxiety, relationship
difficulties, personality disorders, and other problems of daily living.
Mental health services include individual counseling once or twice a
week and may include significant others and family. The counseling
approach is tailored to the client’s individual needs.
Evaluations - The following evaluations and assessments are available:
substance use evaluations, co-occurring evaluations, mental health
evaluations, parenting evaluations, disability evaluations, and
psychological evaluations. Our providers utilize a number of
comprehensive screening and diagnostic tools to provide appropriate
diagnoses leading to recommendations for treatment and needed services.
Professionals Program- Outpatient level of care for professionals with
substance use or mental health issues. An evidenced based cognitive
behavioral program to effect positive change in professionals. This
program offers individually driven time frames to ensure successful
completion of client created treatment plans.
Anger Prevention / Management – An evidence based program developed
with cognitive behavioral skills to identify and prevent feelings of anger.
Programs supports individuals with previous anger management
problems to develop skills for managing emotions to prevent anger
problems in the future.
Individualized Adult & Adolescent Substance Use Education – An
individually tailored educational experience offering current statistics and
research on alcohol and other drugs of abuse. Education Services can be
goal directed to comply with any case plan, court order, recommendation
or client need.
Adult Substance Use Treatment
Outpatient- A solution focused brief therapy model to address decision
making and problem solving. Motivational interviewing techniques are
utilized to provide a client driven treatment plan.
8-12 week program guided by client participation and progression on a
client developed treatment plan. This program can also be used as a step-
down level of care (ie. IOP or residential care) and may include relapse
prevention. Outpatient level of care involves less than 9 hours per week.
Clients typically attend one to three hours per week. This program offers
individual and group counseling sessions.
Intensive Outpatient- An evidence based cognitive behavioral program to
assist clients in identifying their individual thoughts and beliefs that often
lead to irrational feelings and problematic behaviors related to substance
use and mental health problems.
8-12 week program guided by client participation and progression on
developed treatment plan. The program offers an individualized approach
for success in dealing with substance use. Clients will attend 10 hours of
services weekly involving one-hour of individual and/or family therapy
and nine-hours of group sessions including education.
Adolescent Substance Use Treatment
Outpatient - A cognitive behavioral solution focused brief therapy model
specifically developed for adolescents with smaller groups utilizing
evidence based practices.
8-12 week program guided by adolescent participation and progression
on client and parent/guardian developed treatment plan. This program
can also be used as a step-down level of care (ie. IOP or residential care)
and may include relapse prevention. Outpatient level of care involves less
than 9 hours per week. Adolescents typically attend one to three hours
per week. This program involves individual, family and group counseling
sessions. Curriculum is specifically tailored for adolescent development.
