This is my adaptation of the sample investor pitch deck Symbiosis provided by The Startup Garage (http://issuu.com/thestartupgarage/docs/symbiosis-designed-pitch-deck?e=2082818/4712978). Slides that will accompany a speaker should serve as illustrations for the presenter's story - more visually engaging with less text - helping to make the message clear and memorable.
Our battle is not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12). The demonic realm is also activated to kill, steal and destroy. Christian counseling is helpful but it is easy to overlook the spiritual forces at work.

The education landscape of 2020 will be characterized by the blurring of boundaries. Learning anywhere and anytime will be commonplace in many different ways based on the ubiquitous and innovative use of technology. Our organizations face a duality of change—conceptual and technological—regarding the practices of education and learning. The practices of teaching, presenting and learning will undergo fundamental change as it responds to global, social, political, technological and of course, learning research trends. Will your organization be ready and prepared to take advantage of these seismic changes to education, learning and technology?

The primary reason for drafting the guide is to streamline my experiences of building a new product and share actionable points as part of the guide. I have learned about Product Management by reading books, blogs, articles etc and primarily through my role as a Product Manager. The guide is a way of giving back to my fraternity and sharing my experiences. I would be deeply humbled if someone finds the guide helpful and I am open to comments to make it better. The information shared in this guide is already available in my blog @ www.ProductGuy.in. I appreciate if you could visit my blog and drop your thoughts/comments.

Creating Sticky Learning To Combat Our Illusion Of KnowingJeff Hurt
As adults, we are rather lazy learners.
Much of what we hold as fact regarding learning is actually illusion. We waste a lot of effort, time and resources with common-sense accepted educational practices that are rooted in intuition, tradition and myth.
The most effective learning strategies and education programming are counter-intuitive. We need to build new bridges between our education offerings and the learning research in order to increase our participants’ ROI. We need to develop a deeper understanding of the why and how to create learning opportunities that stick.
How to Make Bullet Points Vanish (original)Danielle Nocon
This presentation has been revised. I posted the original version here so you could compare the before and after. Check out the improved version here: http://www.slideshare.net/DanielleNocon/how-to-make-bullet-points-vanish
Ditching those bullet points and going visual not only makes your slide decks more enjoyable for your audience; your slide decks are also more fun for you to make. I hope these examples inspire you.
Slide decks are particularly important for online presentations, such as webinars for profit, virtual business training, and web-based academic lectures. When used judiciously, visuals help to communicate the speaker's message and connect the audience to the value of the presenter's ideas. This SlideShare is a promo for my pilot course about helping webinar presenters design effective and engaging visuals for their virtual events.
As an avid presentation designer, I have become more familiar with SlideShare over the past few months. This brief presentation includes some of the things I learned about SlideShare and the benefits of creating presentations for posting to this platform.
This presentation was inspired by Jeff Haden's LinkedIn post "Mark Cuban Is Not Who You Think (and to Most People, Neither Are You)" (https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/mark-cuban-who-you-think-most-people-neither-jeff-haden) published December 22, 2014.
This presentation briefly introduces the complex topic of Master Data Management (MDM) and defining Master Data. It incorporates insights from industry leaders offering their perspectives on interpreting the term Master Data, as well as criteria for determining which data may warrant MDM within a specific organization. In her article “Defining Master Data for Your Organization,” (http://www.itbusinessedge.com/cm/blogs/lawson/defining-master-data-for-your-organization/?cs=40158) Loraine Lawson references David Loshin of Knowledge Integrity, Inc., and Marty Moseley of IBM. Additionally, in their article "The What, Why, and How of Master Data Management," Wolter and Haselden discuss eight criteria that should be considered jointly in deciding which data to include in MDM.
SlideShare and Haiku Deck have recently partnered so that users can create presentations directly from their SlideShare accounts. I chose this topic for my first presentation created directly in SlideShare. During the Business Intelligence course for my MISM, I became intrigued by the interrelationship and essential distinctions between the Data, Information, Knowledge, Intelligence, and Business Intelligence. While brainstorming the visual concept for this presentation, Data as "raw facts" triggered an association in my mind with "raw ingredients". Hence, the progression to a cooking theme...and somehow I ended up with pizza :)
The Urgent/Important Matrix (Presentation Zen style)Danielle Nocon
This was my original Urgent/Important Matrix presentation, created in PowerPoint and designed to emulate Garr Reynolds' Presentation Zen approach. The slides are designed to accompany a speaker, rather than stand alone. But I added a few Notes slides at the end to briefly explain what each slide is meant to illustrate.

The original article does not seem to be available right now: the URL cited redirects to Mind Tools' main Time Management page. But you may find some other helpful resources.
